The challenge:
The task was to find an experienced support engineer with proficiency in German and English language (eventually a team of 3 people).
The company was new to the polish market and unknown to candidates. The challenge was both the skill combination, which was high language skills with technical knowledge and introducing the company to the Polish labor market and the candidates.
Cooperation:

- We prepared a sourcing plan
- We conducted the screening process and initial interviews
- We did the language checks
- We facilitated the whole recruitment process for both the client and the candidate
Result:
After the selected candidates were presented, all were invited to the next stage. In the end, 3 people got an offer, 2 accepted immediately. In addition, we guided our client through the entire process, in particular through some of the rules and regulations related to the Polish labour market. We also made sure that both parties were well prepared to start working together.
